Oncology Massage Therapy

Description

Oncology massage is medically-appropriate massage therapy that utilizes multiple modalities including, but not limited to, Swedish massage techniques, myofascial release, scar tissue work, and other tissue manipulation techniques. These sessions can range from focused, symptom-specific treatment to general care and are safe to receive during any stage of oncology care or recovery. Please note: written medical clearance may be necessary for some individuals. If you have a change in your medical status, or have recently undergone surgery or began radiation therapy that wasn't discussed at your last session, please contact us prior to your session to determine if clearance is required for you.
